Southeast Asian stock markets open up, except Malaysia and Indonesia

In Singapore, the city-state stock exchange fell 1.94 points, or 0.06 percent, and put the Straits Times index at 3,421.97 points. Valores de Manila rose 10.56 points, 0.12 percent, and the PSEi indicator stood at 8,530.38 points at the start of the negotiation.
