Washington, November 15 (EFE) .- The consumer price index rose 0.1% in October and left annual inflation at 2%, partly due to a moderation in the cost of fuels, which had recently increased due to the passage of hurricanes Harvey, Irma and Maria.

The slight increase in inflation, revealed today by the US government, comes after the CPI registered its largest increase in eight months in September, an increase of 0.5 percent.
